第四阶段 战略导向阶段

2008年，科学发展观成为了我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针和发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持贯彻的重大战略思想。“中心”卓有成效地进行了学习实践科学发展观活动，逐步明确了“中心”的发展方向要从过去偏重经济、渐进式发展，转变到追求经济、政治、社会、文化“四位一体”的跨跃式发展上来。

“中心”正在以现代服务业为发展方向，深化体制机制改革为动力，坚持产业经营与资本经营同步，效益增长与能力增长同步，整体统筹、协调发展，为首都的经济建设谱写新的辉煌篇章。

The Fourth Stage:Strategy-oriented

Since 2008， BITCC conducted study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development activities successfully. BiTCC gradually made clear the transmission of the business direction from the formerly economy and progressive growth focusing to leading forward development composed of economy, politics, society and culture。

BITCC will create a new resplendent chapter of economic development for the Capital economy, with the business gudeline to modern services and the driving force of deepening institutional reform, synchronous management of industry, and the synchronous growth of effectiveness and ability, finally realize overall co-ordination and sustainable development。

2008年，党的十七大对全面建设小康社会提出了新要求，作出了新部署，科学发展观成为我国当前统领经济社会发展全局的重要指导思想。“中心”深入开展了学习实践科学发展观活动。

In 2008， the scientific development concept has been currently important guidance to China's major policies to promote economic and social development. BITCC has deeply analyzed and implemented scientific development.

2010年7月13日，“中心”与西门子（中国）“战路合作签约仪式”在长城饭店举行，北京市政协主席阳安江、西门子（中国）总裁兼首席执行官程美玮等有关领导出席签约仪式。

On July 13th, 2010， the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between BITCC and Siemens was held at the Great Wall Sheraton Hotel. Mr. Yang Anjiang, Chairman of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, Mr. Mei-Wei Cheng President and CEO of Siemens Ltd., China presented at the ceremony.

2009年2月，由中国报关协会和“中心”共同主办的中国通关网正式上线，进一步打造了集商务咨询、报关通关、保税仓储、物流和市场推广为一体的一站式国际贸易服务链。

In Feb. 2009， ETCN, a one-stop service chain in international trade, was established jointly by General Administration of Customs of China, China Customs Brokers Association and BITCC.

2009年10月，“中心”与广东金宝集团共同开发建设“陆丰温泉国际新城”项目，在华南沿海打造出了一个高品质的国际旅游度假村。

On Oct 2009， Lufeng International Hot-spring Real Estate Project, jointly developed by BITCC and Guangdong Jinbao Group, is a high-quality international resort in coastal area of south China

2010年6月百特嘉公司成功中标西门子上海中心物业管理项目。在上海建立物业管理的第二平台，为依托西门子进军全国做出有益实践。

On Jun. 2010， BE.S.T had been successfully won the biding for FM service of Siemens Center Shanghai（SCS）.

2010年8月，“中心”与北京节能环保促进会合资成立北京节能环保产品技术展示交易中心，主要从事节能环保领域的技术推广、产业整合和产品交易。

On Aug. 2010, Beijing Energy-Saving Product and Technology Exhibition and Trading Center, established by BITCC.
