1991年2月5日，西门子送的教学设备设施共计26个大型集装箱运抵“中心”

On February 5th, 1991， teaching equipment and facilities donated by Siemens were transported to BTETC.

“中心”的高技术培训以西门子技术为基础，设：公共通讯系统、用户通讯系统、工业自动化、数控技术、电子医疗、数据处理、传输等专业。
